The CLP Hub project is located 55 kilometers west of Karachi, Pakistan's largest city, in Balochistan province. It is a key cooperation project of the “China-Pakistan Economic Corridor”in “Belt and Road “. When it completed, the project will provide 9 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity per year. It can not only effectively alleviate the local power shortage and provide a strong impetus for regional economic development, but also be of great strategic significance for further strengthening the all-weather strategic cooperative partnership between China and Pakistan and building a china-Pakistan community of shared future.

 The project is progressing smoothly. The first batch of steel components (906 tons) produced by our company have successfully arrived at the project site on July 10. On July 19, the lifting ceremony of the first steel structure of the main plant was held on July 19, marking that the steel components of the main plant of the power plant undertaken by our company have entered the substantive site installation stage.

At present, the production of steel structure factory of the main plant has entered the final stage, 10000 tons of steel structure, 80% has been completed. The finished components will reach the project site one after another, and the site installation will enter the full implementation stage. The main problem faced by the site is the high temperature problem, and the maximum temperature on the site can reach 45℃. Heat prevention and cooling work is one of the key points of the project.
