This project is also one of the large-scale steel structure construction projects in Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area, with a total steel volume of about 8,000 tons. After completion, it will become the headquarters office and production base of Ningbo Huajie Auto Parts Co., LTD.

 The project with many processes, large volume, tight construction period and high quality, especially the large span steel frame structure, a large number of up-turned concrete beam construction and large span wall construction have brought some difficulty to the construction. The company gives full play to the advantages of the general contracting enterprise with steel structure as the main body, and puts forward constructive optimization suggestions for 1 # and 2 # steel structure workshop combined with the factory production and on-site installation; concentrates excellent personnel to form the project team, improves the general contracting management system, refines the coordinated management process, and grasps the plan management and process control. Coordinate and coordinate factory manufacturing and on-site installation, coordinate and control all links from the aspects of scheme design, plane planning, deepening planning, plan formulation, material procurement, resource allocation, material transfer and external coordination, so as to ensure the overall control of all project objectives.

After more than half a year of construction, At present, buildings 3 #, 4 # and 5 # have completed the roof sealing of the main structure, which successfully overcome the construction difficulties of building 3 #, 4 # and 5 # in the construction process of the upper flip girder concrete pouring; The main steel frame structure of 2 # building has completed 90% of the progress target, The main steel frame structure of 1 # building has completed 20% of the progress target, In the construction process of large span steel frame beam in the manufacturing and construction process of the difficult problems. In the early stage of the project construction, the company made clear the project to ensure the Zhejiang Steel Structure Golden Steel Award and create the excellence goal of China Steel Structure Gold Award. The company has set up a leading group with the project manager as the leader and the general engineering office, the general management office, the engineering department and other departments, respectively responsible for the excellence creation in scientific and technological progress, technological innovation, green construction, quality and safety guarantee, data file management and other aspects. Plan to complete an enterprise-level construction method, 2 utility model patents, an invention patent, an enterprise standard, a municipal QC achievement, a provincial BIM award and related papers published. Up to now, we have obtained one invention patent "One Large-span Steel Frame Structure"; two utility model patents "One Column", "One Steel Truss Structure"; we have registered for the second Zhejiang Steel Structure Industry Association BIM Technology Application Competition, and actively carried out the preparation work for the competition; carried out QC group activity —— "Reduce the phenomenon of concrete pouring construction", and preliminary results have been formed.
